The Redemptive Impact Accelerator, a new training program for Executive Directors and staff of Central Valley nonprofits, will celebrate the end of its first cohort in June! This 14-week cohort is a collaborative training provided by Fresno Pacific University’s Center for Community Transformation, Every Neighborhood Partnership, Randy White & Associates, and the Ten Talents Foundation.
The first cohort consists of leaders from ten local nonprofits. During the Redemptive Impact Accelerator sessions, these participants have learned practical tools to ensure their organizations are making measurable impact, their team is unified, and they remain healthy leaders.
“Redemptive Leadership is marked not by an ambition to live for ourselves, or even just to improve ourselves. Instead, redemptive leadership is about patiently rewiring our motives, worldview, imagination, and practices around dying to self—becoming more surrendered, humble, accountable, generous, and rested.”
During the Friday sessions, participants have learned from local experts about:
- Organizational Identity
- Program Development
- Storytelling
- Fundraising
- Team Building
- Grant Development
- Impact Measurement
After a teaching session, cohort members are then given “homework” to apply what they’ve learned to their organization in real time. Participants then return the following week and update the group on their progress.
The next Redemptive Impact Accelerator cohort will launch in the fall! Learn more about this one-of-a-kind program through the link below.
